Vindicated I

History rewritten át the barrel of a gun, How mùch does she need to bleed, What can the blood on his face mean,Those hands, That mind, The name is  unnoticed, You see Skin Color, Not the Story, You see Clothes, Not the Story, You see Stereotype, Not the Story, You see these Chains, Not the Story, You see this Body, Not the Story, You see these Words, Not the Story, You see Her, Not the Story, You see Him, Not the Story, You see Me, Not the Story,   I sít back and ponder, Was she my sister, Was hê my brother, Ask the Blood lying upon the ground, I Sit back and ponder, Was that Woman me? Or was it just a dream?Ask the blood written on the wall,Say the name,That red you washed away,Color was nevêr a problem,It was the name,Was that woman me?Or wâs it just a dream?   The blood runs thick,You saw them,But not the story, Was that Man me? Or was it just a dream?Ask the blood written all over you,Say the name, That red you washed away,Color was nevêr a problem,It was the name, Say the name,Say the name, Was that Woman me? Or was it just a dream? Say the name,Say the name,   Her name was Sandra His name was Mike The brother, The Sister,But you wont say their names,    Thats not the story you choose to say, i ám left decorated by the bullets you drew,  How many times must she say,How many times must he say,You see us,Not the Story,Hands up,What’s my name?
