We break free in the world 

we watch the leaves fall to their death

we listen to suggestion but once we turn 

to something unrealistic we stop in our quest

 

There are so many people who have lost their 

rhythm of their song, and as they get older 

they count the minutes of a task and say its too

long, but what is to come of us when we are 

 

Fading away like those leaves in the autumn , 

lasting for one season and then time passes

and we are forgotten so what is the necessary 

reason of vibrant willows

 

One battle they fought and ended 

with that the harm that was caused was 

that you never met them, if a tear in your eye

is about to form you should remember 

 

The Vibrant Willows so they will be reborn

for a single memory can cause life in a tree 

then you can cause life in your discouraged 

dream we wish upon a star and the moment

 

We are lost we lost our path and it goes 

in the flames and later on down the road

we are left to blame, we are longing for something

something to complete but they are all unnecessary

 

Tasks that unfortunately take too many steps 

from our feet its not about the path, or the 

excuses you may lead there are small 

dreams and large journeys and 

 

What are we to decide do we fall off the cliff

or take a surfboard in shark infested waters

and ride , do we make that extra walk 

with a friend who doesn't have much time

 

Your memories are slaves to obligations and risks 

but what you will remember is the true bliss

when you dive far from reality and into the clouds

your body will tingle and your heart will pound

 

your ears will ring but when that small child comes

up and closely holds your finger you can carry on 

stories about what you've accomplished how happy 

you were because you traveled your own path

you were in charge of your dreams and your quest

 

The diamond miners never became rich by 

waiting and wishing they pursed their goal 

and made new discoveries time will settle 

on for whatever that may mean 

 

but you have one question, will you be bound 

or free?
