in the valley of white stones

Mon, 12/13/2021 - 19:11 -- tokii

I wish to go to the valley of white stones

overturn a few with the tip of my shoe

browse the sandy shores bordered by sandy sea

Endless light bent over expansive quiet

This land of sand and stone, of silent reverie

i’ll pick through the white, stand atop the rise

search for that stone, its soul name engraved

laid in second sight, atop sands of secret meeting

I’ll pluck it from the light, fist filled with silent sound

this land of souls laid in stone, here I’ll find my name
