Valencia

The greenish-yellow tint of a photo

Unwritten is the beauty of the origin
Unspoken is the beauty of the unseen
A filter on a photo is a spreading sickness in the mind
The idea that oneself is not beautiful enough to see without filter
Is a travesty upon the eyes
A mark on a being who sees but cannot think
That the true beauty of natural light is above all who say otherwise
The true beauty behind the glow is unknown
Yet as you watch with open eyes the majesty unwinds behind
To know such artistry hid behind the ugly tint of filters lie
The delicate nature of such a face so fine is treated on high
Like a goddess come from a closet the clean nature of beauty
Is the one unfiltered, unaltered, and protected by thine.
