As we look deep within,

everything we ever thought was real,

what we thought was fake,

and what we thought was impossible

 

As we travel through the universe that’s our dreams,

we’ll pass the stars of our memories,

and the planets of our wishes.

We’ll endure the black holes of our nightmares

And the wormholes of our future

 

As gravity tries its hardest to keep us down

and our hopes orbit between fantasy;

an eclipse of our reality will darken our world of denial.

As our solar delusion threatens our night sky of utopia,

And celestial deception flies through the wind of our imagination.

 

We’ll hide from the meteors of the truth,

behind our galaxy of lies

We'll search for the comets of what is to come,

escaping the flares of doubt that try to stop us

and ignoring the gravitational pulls of what we refuse to let take us

 

We'll try our hardest to stay on the moons of ignorance

hiding behind their creators  of false protection

Staying clear of the suns of heated true philosophy

choosing the shadows of space

As our blanket of reassurance

 

But what we seem to forget is,

in our universe of dreams,

there is no stopping the meteorites

of what we wish not to see

and there is no stopping the atomic truth that will always find a way towards us
