Black

Location

What does being black really mean?

Is it what's being represented on TV?

Does it relate to a status quo,

or what you truly know?

Isn't it just the pigment of one's skin,

and not the neighborhood he or she lives in?

How can I truly fit the description,

and where can I find a copy of this transcription?

I am constantly accused of being white,

because I have an education,

and my mom raised me right.

Just because I follow the rules of our society,

doesn't mean I should be defined as a whitey.

A race should be defined as the color of one's skin.

Not the way some of the people with that color,

act and how they treat one another.
