Underneath that Tree
Underneath that tree,Its shade provided a comforting seatTo read. Lying against that tree,I could smell the gentle breeze. It smelled of fresh green grass. As I read,I could hear the birds.Filling my ears, with melodies of spring. Beside that tree, A flowing river as clear as diamondsCarries a soft tune of running water. Underneath that tree,I smiled as I read.I am at peace.
