In Unconditional Love

In unconditional love,

I won't make you prove to me,

That you will do whatever I need.

In unconditional love,

I will support you in any way I can,

But I may not put your needs over my own.

In unconditional love,

I want to see you soar in life,

It will be my responsibilty to chose to follow you up.

In unconditional love,

I will fight beside you through the hardest of times,

But I will not fight something at the expence of losing myself.

In unconditional love,

I matter just as much as you,

So I hope you understand if I need to walk away.

In unconditional love,

I will do everything in my power to understand you,

Even when I don't fully know how you feel.

In unconditional love,

I will tell you the truth,

Even the ones that can hurt.

In unconditional love,

We are partners,

We are equals.

Most of all,

In unconditional love,

No matter the distance between us,

No matter the obsticales in the way,

No matter the pain we cause,

Or the years we spend apart,

Or the words we never share,

I love you.
