Unchain Me

Tue, 10/22/2013 - 00:23 -- mahiman

Dear School Administration,

Why do you take my body paint, my megaphone, and my wig?

My build up of happiness is instantly snapped like a twig.

You all clamor for school spirit and participation, is that not so?

Then why, when I do what you say, do you tell me no?

"Get loud! Get rowdy! Root for your team!

But make sure you use your inside voices, we don't want you to scream."

A school-spirited student, is that not what you want me to be?

So why don't you quit treating me like a slave, and unchain me?
