Green and slow
But smart with lots of joy
A turtle has a vision
Where it sees wonderful things
But it has one mission
To become part of the sea
It moves slowly to experience nature
See the beauty of life
Taking every chance possible
It may not travel the world
But it clearly sees more than any other
Turtles are more aware
They become perceptiveness
See the beautiful in life
One little thing someone doesn’t see
A turtle can clearly see
A new way to see life
Take it slow and appreciate the little things
Turtle green, turtle slow
But I want to take life slow
With lots of joy.
