Proverbs 20:27           New English Translation

27 The human spirit is like the lamp of the Lord,

searching all his innermost parts.

Light

How does this lamp now burn, and who supplies the power?

Who turns on the switch when darkness is all around?

Is the Holy Spirit the wiring and the switch a built-in sensor

Is there all the light in the presence of the Lord Jesus found?

So if I lose connection with the Holy Spirit. and His presence

 All will plunge into darkness and helplessness. I will be

Who will then repair the short in the circuit?

The lamp can’t do it. That is known; how will darkness flee?
