Ephesians 1:20-22     New English Translation

20 This power he exercised in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms 21 far above every rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. 22 And God put all things under Christ’s feet, and gave him to the church as head over all things.

The Spirit of wisdom, revelation, and knowledge of Him is a gift from above

It can’t be learned, and it can’t be taught; it comes from the One to Whom you belong

An inheritance that’s completely yours, if you will accept it

To be used in the body of Christ for the glory of the Son

The Holy Spirit reveals God’s Will, so my spirit will understand it

And through the mind, I’ll understand the meaning of the call

He will supply the Spiritual strength to activate the body

So God’s Will is executed, and I serve Him with my all.

Nothing in a person is closer to his spirit than his mind

A person knows about himself through his intellect

The things of God, however, are foreign to the mind

They only appear to the spirit where nothing intercepts

“The eyes of our heart” figuratively, point to the organ of our reasoning

And understanding filters to what's needed, and desire

So first, I know through  intuition and so to follow mentally

It starts in the depth of my being and then surfaces to inquire

From inner-man to outer-man communication wants to flow

Not a state of nothingness for that is not of God

My spirit may enlighten and sometimes may alert

The outer-man through the mind then accepts it or not

The outer-man depends on the mind and the inner man on the Spirit

Cooperation between the two will help our comprehension

To fully understand the will of God and the purpose of His calling

In the twinkling of an eye, the Spirit communicates His intention

On-time our spirit receives revelations from the Holy Spirit

And we should refuse to allow our mind to be the prime element

The mind is just an apparatus somewhere that regularly inherits

That should the things not obstruct God’s Will but just define to comprehend

The mind of a spiritual man depends fully on the Spirit

Enlightened through the Holy, it observes through the eyes of faith

Evil cannot enter in this well-protected dimension

Called: “The mind of Christ,” where assurance and peace are based
