Torn Apart Between

Torn apart between
Two guardians’ religions
As well as my own

Torn apart between
Celebrating both of two worlds
Or neither at all

Torn apart between
Merging the best of both worlds
Or choosing either

Torn apart between
Either living with one world
Or dying lonely

Torn apart between
Either choosing either or none
Forever alone

Torn apart between
A family’s happiness
Or companionship

Torn apart between
True friendship with either world
Or hatred of all

Torn apart between
Choosing between religions
Or rejecting them both

Torn apart between
Being at peace with both worlds
Or tearing them ‘part
