Too Much

Too much:

I don't want to hurt you, the same way I tear my skin apart.
I respect you too much for that
I love you too much for that
I don't want to hurt myself in the same place you made me feel wanted and loved,
I care about you too much for that
I love you too much for that
I don't want to expose myself in a way that has become self-harming,
I know you didn't mean for that
I love you too much for that
I don't want to claw at my skin as if it was a dirty layer on my personality,
I trust you too much for that
I love you too much for that
I don't want to kill myself a little more every day,
I don't want to hurt you like that
I love you too much for that
I don't want to abandon you like everyone else did
I love you too much for that
I love you too much for that
