Too late ...

James 3:16

16 For where envy and self-seeking exist,

confusion and every evil thing are there.

Too late

Where is the reason when the heart pounds?

Where is common-sense when a need is before you?

Where are you really when the hungry call?

When their hands reach out in despair for truth

Where were you? A question at the judgment

Did you not live carelessly overfed and jolly?

Were not your provisions more than enough?

You chose to be blind-sided … by golly

Were you blind in eye-sight? Were you deaf in ears?

Or was it your heart of stone that ignored the ones with fears?

Now you want to do but you are a little too late

You look at the faces now that you ignored so long

Yes, it is true … you‘re reaping what you sowed

Now visit all the places where you chose to belong
