Tonight

Tonight I would be dreaming

But not tonight

The wind is blowing

and the sky is filled with lightning

rain falls through the housetop

onto my bedtop

wear I lay my head to fall asleep

I pray for somewhere new to live,

but there is no way to know

when I wake up will I be hungery

or will anybody know

Tonight I would be dreaming
