I'm tired of pretending

I'm tired of wearing  fake smile.

I'm tired of being numb

I'm tired of coping.

I'm tired of the flashbacks

I'm tired of the nightmares.

I'm tired of panic attacks,

I'm tired of feeling sad and angry.

I'm tired of feeling lost

I'm tired of feeling like I don't matter.

I'm tired of feeling unloved

I'm tired of the pain

and I'm tired of feeling like I'm a prisoner to my past

But mostly I'm just plain tired.
