The thing

You're not even a thing!
I can't even touch you!
You cause my sleepless nights and my early wakeups!
You're always there!
lingering at my bedside singing a lone note in the darkness!
My mother never even sees you!
You're whispers make me uneasy and you're straight forwardness make me nauseous!
You're not even real but you create these rosy masterpieces everyday!
My thank-you were only to silence but you kept coming back!
So I silenced you for good and let your soul fly out the window..
