Vast are the expectations of a grueling crowd of thieves.
Stealing all the souls from the lonely hearts they feed.
A chemical inbalance, they say,
the reason for this feat,
But nothing will explain the endless tears
pouring through the streets.
A fire in chapel,
this contentious worship long
Gone, is every thread of hope,
of fixing what was all along
