They Meant Life To Me

Location

They meant life to me

My family my friends

Never knew a day would come

When we will be separated

Onto the different paths of life

With strange destinations...

December was the month when we met

December is the month we are separating

It was snowing than _ it’s snowing now

It was raining than _ it’s raining now

My soul is about to shatter

Not too far are the sailors standing

Waiting for people to load in ship

And move onto a new journey

A stream was flowing nearby

In it were my dreams and hopes gliding

I watched many figures take a seat in the ship

Half of my soul looked back

Waved at me with tears in eyes

And that’s it

They were gone

My world just slipped from my hands

I admit that I’m weak

Because I couldn’t stop them

The boats drifted away

I sat on the ground

And cried for hours
