They Are My World

Fri, 04/15/2016 - 16:38 -- Dusky42

You mean the world to me.

Around you, I feel happy and carefree.

I can be myself.

Around you, I have no restrictions.

When I need you, you are there to listen.

I need you in my life.

You all are the people that make me feel important.

You all give me purpose.

I couldn’t imagine a world without you all.

A world like that would be a living hell.

You influence me,

You raised me,

 And support me.

I survived school with you,

And shared countless of memories with you.

Without you,

I wouldn’t exist.

You are my parents,

And you are my childhood friends.

You all have made me the person that I am today.

I owe you everything,

You all have showed me that I can achieve anything.

I’m grateful to have the parents that I have.

To have such hardworking, humble, selfless, loving parents…

It’s the same as winning the jackpot.

I’m equally as grateful to have such amazing friends in my life.

They understand me like no one else.

They grew up with me,

They saw me at my best,

And stuck with me through my worst.

I am the luckiest person alive.

If I could choose anything that I couldn’t live without,

I wouldn’t choose any materialistic item,

I could joke around and say my cellphone.

But in all seriousness,

I could not live without my parents and friends.

They are my world.
