Taking up Space

I once was a small girlwho took on the weight of the world, scared to speak the thoughts on her mind.walking on eggshells to avoid confrontation, not realizing that with every step i took i was losing more and more of myself. Every insult bounced around my soul like a ping pong ballA wrath of fire is burning inside meand I will not apologize when you are caught in the flames you created.  I will never be that small girl again.
