SunShine

Location

To change, alter, modify

If I had the power to revolutionize,

Every stroke of the brush placed in my right hand

would ever so gracefully trace my vision.

I would outline the sun which would shine

on all of the soon to be freckled faces.

With squinted eyes and bare toes we'd walk together.

With our footprints flooding upon the sand,

each wave would come to take them back.

The blue from which my brush would paint,

would forever bestow the land with peace.

The phrase "heaven on earth" will have never been so tangible.

With each caress of my thin haired brush,

would there ever be the happiness of another.

A picture is worth a thousand words,

but my actions must be louder.

As I scream with every stride my brush makes,

I know that there will be change.

As the laugh of countless ring in the ears of several,

the smiles from millions will shine on the world;

and my brush will permanently reflect their rays.

To change, alter, modify

If I had the power to revolutionize,

Every stroke of the brush placed in my right hand

would ever so gracefully trace my vision
