Sunrise

Location

The moon is out, no stars this night. I look across the way; to see an unseen hand divide, the darkness from the day.   This sight I've seen, yes once before, yes oh so long ago. Light crept up on the darkness door, to greet its murky foe.   A little color hints the start and light begins to shine. The darkness hastily departs this landscape trapped in time.   The day is on, the colors gone; it fled before my eyes. But in my mind a picture drawn, the glory of sunrise.
