Talking to friends from camp

Reminiscing about old times

Hiking in the White Mountains with friends

Fantastic view

Special camp events are memorable

Song parodies in variety shows

Everyone sings camp songs frequently

When one person sings, others join in

Physical and mental exhaustion

From stress of learning a new kitchen job

Early mornings and long hot days

Pizza for Friday night dinner

The campers and counselors ate the pizza

But the kitchen crew ate ice cream for dinner instead

Harry Potter snacks for quidditch night

Butterbeer, Acid pops, and Pumpkin bread

Nights were always enjoyable

Playing games with campers or watching the sunset over the lake

Bonding with other staff members

Anticipating future summers

I want to be a counselor and role model

A positive influence in campers’ lives

Summer camp is a treasured experience

Many fond memories

I look forward to many more
