Suicide

She is constantly screaming needing a way to get out
she has begged for help but they just tell her not to pout.
What she says doesn't matter what she wants won't be heard
so she screams wondering if anyone would have cared.
Would she have found someone happy with her in time,
or will they spray off her blood with the rest of the slime.
She will be part of the concrete forever if she jumps now
but she can't help but wonder if they knew how.
If her family, her friends, the people who saw her,
would know how to get her down from there.

She can't help it her brain is racing as she thinks
and waits for the one person who will think this stinks.
The one person who will try to save her today
wondering what that person could possibly say.
Would they call her stupid for wanting this to end
or would they show her what it really meant to be a friend.
Would they touch her hand and try to get her down
or would they offer to follow her to the ground.
She looks around once more to see if they came
and then looks down to the cause of her fame.

Her family and friends are standing below with others
not even moving, not her parents or her brothers.
Her love is standing there beside them with a sick smile
as she thinks about what it would be like to take that mile.
Would she regret it or go to hell for jumping the gun
or would she finally feel free enough to have the fun.
Would she be able to live with herself if she just fell
or would she be forced to live and to tell.
She doesn't want to think anymore as she raises her hands
and gives one final bow to her adoring fans.

Good bye world it has sure been hell
she yelled as she finally fell.

This is honestly the best poem that I have ever read. It really speaks to my heart, and it explains how I felt many times.
