A Story for Someone I Saw Everyday

A story for someone I saw everyday,

That all ended in a month called May.

I loved to stare into something blue,

As if the soul was something new.

Each day I grew more to cry,

As it is so hard to say goodbye.

Some emotions found a way to fester,

As they persistently ran a complicated pester.

Awkward hair and lip protrusion,

We're truly just a love illusion.

A secret to you but a reality to me,

I couldn't help but obsess over thee.

Maturity and logic had escaped my mind,

As the treasure of love is a major.

Although sleuthed but never found,

The imaginary kisses and hugs never ceased to come around.
