A Starving World

Who can save us?

A starving world,

9 billion strong.

Or rather 9 billion weak.

Bony, worn, and sunken children

Countered by pink slime cheeseburgers

And 2,000 calorie salads from drive-throughs.

The savior of this world,

What I aspire to be,

Is a farmer.

Any farmer, to tackle the malnutrition

Of this starving world.
