Standards.

Wanting to be loved.

To be noticed.

To be the same as everyone else.

But why is everyone else rude.

Ugly rude.

Why would you ever want to be the same as someone who hurt you.

Today, beauty standards.

Be skinny, but have curves.

But don't have defined curves, because then you're a slut

Be body positive! Love your body, even if you're plus sized

But don't be so big, eat healthier, go to the gym

Be skinny! But don't be too skinny

Why don't you eat and gain some weight.

But don't gain too much

No matter what you try to do to please society

There is always going to be something wrong with you.

You're so pretty! But put on some more makeup so you can cover those freckles.

But don't put too much makeup, because then you're insecure and ugly.

Why can't I just wake up and live everyday.

Why don't you just worry about your own goddamn life instead of worrying about others.
