Stand Up for Change

Some think there are things at school you can’t change.

Kids that try to talk out are considered to be strange.

But I’m one of those kids and I’m willing to shoot from long-range.

Private and Public, their opportunities should be the same

Same books, same materials, that might even change the game

If anyone is left behind it will be a bloody shame.

Keep gym in school for only one hour a day

Then we can see how much the scales will weigh

And trust me; we have lots of fun when we play.

Move the schools start time back to around ten in the morning.

Sleep deprivation would vanish without warning.

Some kids would even have the energy to say good morning.

Yes, I am the kid who had the courage to say.

Everything others where wishing for everyday.

To all that read this stand up for yourself, and always have a say.

Because one change could brighten many peoples days.

And to all of my good friends out there, Good Day!
