Sovereignty

I stand here; stranded in the fierce light of creation.

   It will be shy, like the expression upon my face;

   It gets attention, like the empire state building I see out

Ahead blowing minds. Why is the human race so amazed?

Not focusing on the greater things in life like the nature

we live in today, tomorrow, and the next day.

   Too accustomed to the material aspects, although

it is a beautiful sight to gaze at as if you’ve fallen in love;

I stand alone for a reason, that’s what they say:

Everyone is afraid to be an independent example,

don’t be ashamed of having that third eye.

Your view will be in my opinion; changed

   There are more things to life then sites;

Although it may seem extremely appealing to you

   Take the few seconds to breath natures air,

stand in natures shoes, smell the colorful

flowers which gives nature its blues, its

an attractive feeling, once you’re fully immune.

   The shadow that covers your face, it

Keeps the world un-aware of who you

really are, it can be a good or bad thing.

   You love your independence, for it keeps you

astray. Not like the homeless dogs that will

wonder my way on a rainy day.

Explore the world around you; live free!
