Conclusion

23 Now may the God of peace himself make you completely holy and may your spirit and soul and body be kept entirely blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

 

“Soulish” Christians Part 2

 

To be delivered from self-consciousness is part of the redemption

It does not happen all at once, but we’ll be sanctified that way

By the knowledge of our inward parts, we must apprehend our condition

The understanding here provides now, as The Holy Spirit prays

 

It is truly needed to search through our desires

Regenerated believers often don’t realize

The presence of The Spirit or even when He is moving

Upon their sensitivity, when He arrives

 

Even spiritual senses we notice at a specific time  now

Realizing their origin is not often understood

It transfers from just a feeling, which we digest through emotion

And then plainly is forgotten as we do with regular food

 

The soul is affected by outside influences

The world’s penetration is part of its provision

The repetition of this constant bombardment

Will often leave its senses in a vague derision

 

Soulish Christians band together in specific directions

Either towards emotion or reason directing the path

They will go to extremes of where they think they came from

For this is their deliverance into a temporary fad
