Sorry For The Inconvenience

I AM BLACK AND I AM PROUD

The color of my skin

The way i walk and talk

Offend you i am sorry i cant change that

I wont go undercover to please you

I wont change the tone of my voice

Loud or not to make sure you can understand me

I wont change my name to Sally or Pam

Just because you cant spell my name right

I am really sorry that i offend you

Our dances are to ghetto

But you follow

Our lips and butts are to big

But you still follow

Our black queens are out here struggling to survive

While our black kings are not able to survive

I dont know why i am still saying sorry for offending you

I am here for what you are here for my EDUCATION

You my ancestores fought for me to sit right here next to you

They have gotten whipped and beaten until their blood ran down their bodies

You see i am glad i offend you

After this i would stay on your mind like white on rice

I AM BLACK AND I AM PROUD
