Someone Save Me

My brain is taking complete control
and it just won't stop.
I keep shaking all the way to my soul;
I can feel my heart drop.
My hands go over my ears,
willing these screams to be silent,
but it still doesn't muffle the tears.
With this, my thoughts turn to violent.
These demons in my life
only wish to destroy what's left.
They carve at me with their foreboding knife,
creating on my body a cleft.
I rock back and forth
attempting to send them away,
but they just head north
towards my brain, doing as they may.
I could almost detect
their frigid fingers encircling my neck.
A poison they did inject,
making me even more of a wreck.
Everyday, another dose.
Everyday, another poke.
Everyday, a new noose.
Everyday, another sick joke.
Someone help me.
I just need someone to free me.
I'm trapped in a cage with all this debris;
someone please save me.
My hands are quaking.
My mind is pounding.
My eyes are closing.
The pain is ebbing.
Shut it off.
Shut it down.
Shut it off.
Shut it out.
My ears are ringing.
My heart is throbbing.
My body is convulsing.
The pain is ebbing.
Shut it off.
Shut it down.
Shut it off.
Shut it out.
