Snake or Girl

A girl, or a monster.

Is she new to school.

She looks sad.

Yes, she thought.

They staring with wide eyes.

The girl with a black hoodie.

Could now never be discovered.

Crying, in to her sleeves.

She is wet with tears.

“Excuse me miss could you remove your hoodie”.

The teacher doesn’t understand.

He shouldn’t know who she is.

She stands silent.

”Excuse me miss please remove your hoodie now”.

She says “she can’t”, her voice as low as the buzz of the people around her.

He asks why not.

She says because I’m poisonous.

He stairs “well that’s nonsense, now remove your hoodie”.

The buzz around her is now silent.

She slowly grabs the hoodie from her head.

Waiting for what she knows will come.

A slight hissing sound come from the clothing.

She closes her eyes.

The hoodie is completely off and the terror sets into the hallways.

Screams, screams, and more screams.

People run.

But they suddenly, unintentionally stop.

She slowly opens her eyes.

The hallway slowly freezes.

She turns around and walks out of the school.

No one can stop her because no one can move.

As she opens the door she stops.

She says to herself if this is my life, then I shall use it.

She walks out with a small hiss following, and the smell of fresh stone.
