Skeleton Wrists

The wind dances through

my bones like chimes,

reassuring my emptiness,

feeding my insecurities.

Cloaking me in my own

world of self-destruction.

Sweeping away the dust on

my chest, and revealing my

heart, who whispers to me

love yourself, and love

those beautiful skeleton wrists.
