Sight

Seeing with the eyes is only a sense,

Seeing with the heart is a gift,

Seeing with the soul is an annointing.

When you walk, however,

You walk by faith,

Not by sight.

So take another step, even if it's large and frightening.

Let your heart pound within your chest.

Your muscles will shake intensely.

Shed a tear, it's only a sign you're alive.

Breathe in deeply and exhale.

Take a moment to be still.

Close your eyes,

Say a prayer.

Take that step.

You're almost there.
