She's too me

That person you just saw smile so genuinely,

Laugh so loud.

That was me who you get to see.

The other me? Well she’s too quiet,

She’s too ugly, she’s too rude.

That person you just saw make fun of that girl,

Without a care.

That was me who goes out in the world.

The other me? She’s too drama,

She’s too nice, she’s too naïve.

That person you just saw look so confident,

So self-assured.

That was me I force out to play.

The other me? She’s too scared,

She’s too self-conscious, she’s too sad.

The person that you never see?

Well yeah I’m her,

But she’s too me.
