she always knew

Location

“she knows what you know"

with the walk of a demon

i can taste the fire in her hips
the vibrant in her skin
spawned from the light
that only shines in the darkest
of the loneliest hours
the blossoming of a flower
 in the a.m. of midnight
i will miss her cold finger tips
and yet her touch burns
as a chill and a sweat splits
beware of her lips, sin is sweet
to fall in love with her heat
is to fall backwards into the door
that leads to the cold on a one way street
many eyes attracted to see
a victim predetermined always learning
which face is most beautiful for her prey
intoxication a big role it plays,
and i begin to pray
so i ask god why must i be tempted today
it might be the devil miss ,one kiss of death
i would be glad if my last breath
landed my soul under her sun dress
anything but, just a beautiful face
i am so glad we met
