A Shadow

At my self i feel a darkness surounding me

No one understands it

No one can see it but me

Everyone feels like their shadows darken there day

but it as if they make the rest of the world seem bright

Everyone has bad days I have to but step out of your shadow and into the light

There are some grammar issues but the idea behind your poem is great. It advocates a feeling that a lot of people have. I think you could play with the breaks in your poem by seperating different lines and breaking them up to make it a bit more interesting. Way to be!
