Self-made and insecure ...

Philippians 2:3 3 Instead of being motivated by selfish ambition or vanity, each of you should, in humility, be moved to treat one anotheras more important than yourself. Self-made

When hope is gone for fellowman

As our boat just came in

With eyes on self and faith galore

We forget where we have been

Our expectation grows and grows

And all things now are possible

Leaning on what we can see

And convincing all the “gullible”.

If you can and if and if

What would you decide having plenty?

And from day to day by choice

start acting like you’re twenty

“Let us reason” says the Lord of Hosts.

“Let us work this out together”

“Peace be still I’ll show the way

I’ll take care of you forever”
