Romans 6:8-9             New English Translation

8 Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. 9 We know that since Christ has been raised from the dead, he is never going to die again; death no longer has mastery over him.

 

Where, O death, is your sting? Your power has been taken

Forever you are defeated by Jesus Christ our Sovereign Lord

Your influence may still be here but in Christ is fully forsaken

As Christ is alive and well in us and we don’t nothing more

The abundance of Grace overflows with the gift of righteousness
