Rush Papers

Everyone runs and never walks.

No one stops and looks

at how they walk or run,

how they stretch or shun

the person beside them;

the perseon next to them.

There are papers they say

that mean the most today.

Some are green with detail,

some are long and pale.

Most of them are thick

with symbols that just stick.

These details and designs are not

important to me since they rot.

Since they take a long time

of memories and hide,

the everyday walks and strides;

all that keeps us all that ties.

Instead just leave a paper

that people think it better

to run to than walk to.
