For The Rhyme That Lives

Mon, 08/18/2014 - 03:33 -- Rendle

For what do we suffer

The hardships of mortals

Minds that wander where none dare go

To see a Child’s eyes for what that glow

For tears that freeze upon

Memories now that are gone

Souls that wander free yet not

By unknown power long time sought

For It must stand

With past the present

Done with care of new years dead

For what that It’s poems stand unread
