Revealed

1 Timothy 4:12

12 Let no one look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in your speech, conduct, love, faithfulness, and purity.

Revealed

To think you lived acceptable ... without evidence of faithfulness

is like being caught in an illusion ... as you are failing every test.

When life flashes by in completeness ... to be known in full detail

with no secrets held back in dark corners ... will you pass or fail?

Every desire, lust and judgment ... every word uttered in silence,

every thought then in one-ness ... will show you it’s preponderance.

Then piles of evidence will heap up ... beyond your imagination

and smell up high and far beyond ... from curse of perdition.

Who will now protect you? Who will take your place?

Who will pick you up ... as your life shows bad taste?

Who will bear the burden ... as you magnify disgrace

and are a bad example ... to the fallen human race?

Who will dress you up and prepare you for the banquet?

Who will make you pure ... where Holiness is etiquette?

Who will hold your hand ... as your tears will wet

the feet of the Savior ... oh how could you forget?

He alone is the answer ... He alone is worthy.

He alone cares enough ... to truly stand by me.

He alone gave His life ... to release and set me free

from sin and all its burden ... loving my never ending plea.
