Restored

Through out the years a lot of me was filtered out.

And it's sad to say,

that I have accepted that.

and that I grew up that way.

Plenty of me has been sanded off.

Just to get close, to be near perfection.

But now I realize more than ever,

I don't have to do that to get attention.

Caution, reconstruction is undergoing.

I'm building myself back up, so I won't be the "norm".

Adding my impurities and flaws back on.

I'm going back to my purest and raw form.

This is me, all of me, a diamond without it's cuts.

I'm off to a better start. A new song with a new chord.

Wish me luck with no more filters.

I have been restored.
