Rendered Anxiety

Location

A cage she loves. A cage she sees. This cage is in her lungs, she breaths. No freedom. No air. Yet she does not know. How could she know? Her father hides and despises the world for what it really is. An abomination this nation, to protect her from what she will never see. She’ll never see for fear in the coming years she might lose sight of what her father yearns for her to learn of an empty void lacking life and maturity. Only the best for her, but naturally this factory of limitless embrace suffocates without knowing the scarring that inflicts subconscious pain on a conscious level. Divinity  is sought but lost in a fight for freedom from reality when in reality the conscious ability to accept and reflect upon what to do; what not to do becomes fear. This he desires yet fails to see that she will never be free from this world. This embrace it cripples leaving ripples of harm which control her fate. She will never be free from the world. She cannot face this world. Causing fear and anxiety this state of familial propriety tightens the leash. What promises safety leaves nothing but hatred for a world we cannot control nor never will control. Her soul becomes controlled by a world. This whip and chain leave her the same in a cage she accepts yet never outgrew. Will never outgrow. There she’ll stay, for in a life she’s lost her life. For in this life love has found its bounds.
