Remember the Greenway

"Looking towards the future"

I am unsure of where I stand.

He and I, this trail and the view

Bestow the bridge an everlasting breath.

Wind mellows out cloudy May.

Rain always ceases as he leads the way.

We cross the bridge,

Our steps echo on the wood;

Welcoming our presence,

It understand why we are here.

"Begging for the past"

I am grateul for where I stand

I, this trail and the view

Bestow the bridge an everlasting breath.

Wind mellows out despite its January chills.

Rain never ceases as the sound of many thrills.

I cross the bridge,

My steps echo on the wood;

The presence is mine alone,

I understand why I am here.
