Remain
Leaves twirl, swirl, fall
On my head
Still, I remain.
Snow blows cold, icy winds
Through my bones
Still, I remain.
Warm summer breezes
Call to me, beckoning.
Still, I remain.
Flowers sprout on my feet,
Waving in the wind
Still, I remain.
Death holds out a hand
I smile, and
End to be.
