relive
Location
there are times i relive moments
of you slapping my mother across the face
more than once
i will always love you papi
but i lost respect for you
how can i look you in the eyes and co-sign what you stand for
it's an outrage
right before my eyes.
smokes of anger fuming inside
in my ears
Your voice
does not penetrate misleads
attempting to Stab my heart.
you will not inject poison to my emotions
Ignorance is a bliss.
i'm free of imprisonment
where i am proud for breaking that cycle of violence

I feel your emotions so greatly through this peice of art ... let it be and set your mind free ... don't let your past hold you down. The images will never go away but all you can do is hope and pray you will never fall down that path of abuse and violence. Way to connect with readers. Amazing.
